About Fj-Holding ApS
Fj-Holding ApS is an education-focused organisation that designs and delivers structured business and professional development learning for participants across Canada. Our work is practical, methodical, and designed to support clear understanding—without promises of specific outcomes.
Why we started
Fj-Holding ApS was founded in 2017 after noticing a recurring pattern in professional environments: people were expected to “speak business” long before anyone had offered a structured way to learn the basics. Teams used the same words—strategy, priorities, ownership, process, governance—but often meant different things. That gap created unnecessary friction in planning meetings, project handoffs, and cross-functional collaboration.
We built education programmes that treat business literacy as a learnable skill. Instead of long lectures, our materials use a weekly cadence with clear objectives and practice tasks. Participants learn to work with tools that show up in real organisations: stakeholder maps, RACI-style role clarity, simple process models, decision logs, and lightweight planning frameworks. The emphasis is understanding and repeatable routines—not performance claims.
From the beginning, accessibility across Canada has been central. Online delivery, guided assignments, and workshop-style sessions allow learners to participate across provinces and time zones while keeping the experience structured and well supported.
Mission
To provide accessible, high-quality educational programs that help individuals and organizations throughout Canada strengthen their understanding of business concepts, organizational development, leadership principles, and professional growth strategies.
Vision
To become a trusted provider of business and professional development education recognized throughout Canada for educational quality, participant support, and practical learning experiences.
Our learning philosophy
We design programmes like a curriculum, not a collection of tips. Each track has a progression: core concepts first, then structured practice, then reflection and adaptation. A typical week includes a short concept brief, a guided exercise, and a prompt to translate what was learned into a participant’s professional context.
The methodology is deliberately lightweight. We use tools that reduce ambiguity without forcing heavy process: simple process mapping, a decision register, a stakeholder matrix, and role definitions that support coordination. Participants are encouraged to be precise about assumptions, constraints, and definitions—small habits that often improve how teams communicate. When programmes reference metrics, it is in an educational sense (for example, how to define a KPI clearly), not as a promise of performance improvement.
The focus remains educational. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. We teach frameworks, vocabulary, and planning routines so learners can interpret organisational situations more clearly and ask better questions inside their own workplace environment.
Educational excellence

Supporting learners across Canada
Our service area is Canada, and our delivery approach is built for distance. That means materials are written to stand on their own, workshop sessions have clear agendas, and assignments are designed so learners can complete them without needing proprietary tools. For organisations, we can discuss scheduling and cohort structure to fit a distributed team across Canadian time zones.
Many programmes use the same underlying scaffolding: a glossary to reduce ambiguity, a small set of templates (stakeholder map, decision log, project brief), and a reflection loop that encourages learners to identify what is transferable versus what is context-specific. This keeps the focus on learning rather than overfitting to a single industry.
Enrolment begins with an enquiry so we can recommend a suitable track, confirm any prerequisites, and outline what participation looks like week to week. It is also the moment where we clarify scope and confirm that the programme is an educational resource rather than professional advice.
Flexible formats
Online learning, interactive workshops, and guided assignments support participants across Canada while maintaining a consistent programme structure.
Structured learning pathways
Programmes are organised to support gradual knowledge acquisition, with a clear cadence and practical exercises tied to specific objectives.
Team
Fj-Holding ApS is supported by a small team that focuses on programme design, participant communication, and learning operations. Roles listed below describe responsibilities rather than public-facing personal profiles. This supports our approach to specialist participation: educational contributors and subject-matter experts are presented in an anonymised way on the website.
M. L., Programme Lead (Curriculum Design)
M. has worked with structured learning design for 9 years, focusing on turning broad business ideas into teachable modules. A recurring theme in their work is translating jargon into definitions that teams can actually use. They are known for building practical exercises around decision logs and stakeholder mapping. Outside programme planning, M. keeps a running library of “examples that survived Monday morning.”
S. R., Learning Operations (Workshop Delivery)
S. supports workshop delivery and cohort coordination and has 7 years of experience in training operations. Their speciality is the unglamorous part: making sure learners know what to do next, when to do it, and where to find resources. They are often the person who catches ambiguous instructions before a session starts. S. also maintains our workshop templates so facilitation stays consistent across time zones.
A. K., Participant Support (Intake & Guidance)
A. helps manage enrolment enquiries and programme fit conversations and has 6 years of experience supporting learners in professional education settings. Their focus is clarifying learning objectives, prerequisites, and scheduling constraints so the recommended track makes sense. They are known for straightforward explanations and for documenting scope clearly before a programme begins. A. also supports the privacy-first handling of enquiry data and consent preferences.
