Last Updated: March 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Fj-Holding ApS website (the “Site”) and the related enquiry and information-request functions. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee Disclaimer

Fj-Holding ApS provides business education, organizational development training, entrepreneurship learning programmes, management knowledge development, and professional skills enhancement services. All information on the Site, including course descriptions, learning resources, and consultation-style guidance, is provided solely for educational and professional development purposes.

The Site and our programmes do not provide guarantees of employment, business success, financial results, revenue growth, investment returns, professional advancement, or any specific outcome. Learning and application depend on many factors outside our control, including organisational context, team practices, and implementation discipline. Any examples or case descriptions are illustrative and should not be treated as promises.

3. Description of the Site and Services

The Site is a corporate information and enquiry platform that describes educational programmes available to participants throughout Canada. The Site may include programme outlines, suggested durations, learning objectives, specialist contributions (anonymised), and a contact form used to request information or submit an enrolment enquiry.

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific programme, format, or schedule will be available at the moment you submit an enquiry. We may also refine materials to improve clarity, correct errors, or align content with educational objectives.

4. Enquiries, Communications, and Your Responsibilities

If you submit an enquiry through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for the content of your message, including any details you choose to share about your organisation, learning goals, and scheduling constraints. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose.

We may contact you using the email address or telephone number you provide to respond to your enquiry, recommend a suitable programme track, clarify scope, and share information you request. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. For details on how we handle enquiry data and consent, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or related systems.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, scripts intended to disrupt service, or automated attacks.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site using automated means without our prior written permission.
  • Submit false or misleading enquiry information, impersonate another person or organisation, or send spam.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the Site’s code, design, or content beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Use the Site in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including sanctions and export restrictions.

We may limit, block, or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Site is being used in violation of these Terms or in a way that creates security risk.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, course descriptions, structure, design elements, trademarks, logos (if any), and underlying code, is owned by Fj-Holding ApS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your personal or internal organisational evaluation of our educational programmes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may reference or rely on third-party services for operational purposes (for example, hosting, content delivery, or security services). If the Site contains links to third-party websites, those websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fj-Holding ApS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Educational content may be updated over time; we do not warrant that any material is current for a specific purpose at the moment you view it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fj-Holding ApS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fj-Holding ApS’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Fj-Holding ApS in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fj-Holding ApS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) information you submit through the Site, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Fj-Holding ApS will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, labour disputes, internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting or cloud infrastructure providers.

12. International Use

Fj-Holding ApS is registered in Denmark, and our educational programmes are described as available to participants throughout Canada. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available for use in every location. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the Site.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have the benefit of mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

14. Dispute Resolution (Informal First)

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Please send a description of the issue to [email protected]. Include your name, relevant context, and the outcome you are requesting.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created security risk, or misused the enquiry system. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fj-Holding ApS regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject.

18. Assignment

Fj-Holding ApS may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Fj-Holding ApS.

20. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective 14 days after posting on this page, unless a shorter period is required for security, legal, or administrative reasons. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using the Site and contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us in electronic form. You agree that electronic communications, including emails and notices posted on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
